  • Yes, a $400.00 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract is required to hold and reserve your wedding date. The retainer goes towards booked services, and secures the stylist/artist(s) for the day. Dates and scheduled times will only be reserved with a signed contract and received retainer.

  • Yes, we have a minimum requirement of five people (bride plus four) for hair and makeup services, hair only services, or makeup only services if you're located within our travel radius. If you're outside our travel radius, we require a minimum of seven people (bride plus six) for booking.

  • If you don't meet the minimum requirement for on-location bridal services, you may want to consider booking an in-studio bridal appointment at our Lynnwood, WA studio instead. We offer these appointments for brides who are looking for services for themselves or smaller party sizes. Alternatively, you can inquire about booking us for on-location services, but please note that the same minimum dollar amount is required even if you need services for fewer people.

  • Send us an inquiry by submitting our Contact Us form on our website. We’ll get back to you with our availability, pricing, and contract. We will hold the date for three days to give you time to return the signed contract and non-refundable deposit, at which point your wedding date is officially secured. We take bookings up to 1-2 years in advance and do not recommend waiting, as dates fill up quickly.

  • Our travel radius is 20 miles from our ZO & CO Studio address at 18811 28th Ave W, Suite 128, Lynnwood, WA, 98036. If your wedding day location is within the travel radius, no location fees apply. Beyond the 20 mile radius a location fee (amount dependent upon location) will be added to your total per stylist/artist needed.

  • No. We do not provide on-location services for weddings that require a ferry ride. This is due to the unpredictability of the ferry schedule and the potential for cancellations, which may cause delays in our arrival and potentially impact our ability to provide services to our brides on time. We want to ensure that we can provide high-quality services to our clients and unfortunately, ferry travel can make this difficult to guarantee.

  • Our team is available to travel to locations throughout the PNW region, with the exception of areas that require ferry travel. Please note that depending on the location, overnight accommodations may be necessary. If you're interested in booking our on-location services, please contact us with more information about your event, and we would be happy to discuss available options.

  • We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are unable to hold dates, so we cannot offer trial runs to clients who have not yet booked with us. However, we have an extensive portfolio on our Instagram page that showcases our previous work. We encourage you to check it out to help you make an informed decision about whether we are the right fit for you.

  • If you're booking our services a year or more in advance, your wedding preview will be scheduled in the same year as your wedding. We schedule our brides in date order, month by month, to ensure that everyone is scheduled at an appropriate time before their wedding day. Once you reach the year of your wedding, your wedding preview will typically be scheduled 1-3 months prior to your wedding day, depending on our availability at the time of scheduling.

  • We offer wedding previews for both hair and makeup at our ZO & CO Studio, which is conveniently located inside Phenix Salon Suites in Lynnwood. Our address is 18811 28th Ave W, Suite 128, Lynnwood, WA, 98036. Please note that all wedding previews take place at our studio and not at your chosen on-location venue. Our studio provides the ideal setting for your wedding preview, where our team can work with you to create your desired look and ensure that you're completely satisfied with the results.

  • We are only able to offer wedding previews for our brides due to our scheduling availability. Brides are our priority, and we regret that we cannot accommodate additional wedding previews for family members or bridesmaids at this time. Please be assured that our team is highly skilled and experienced in providing high-quality services, and our family and friends will be in good hands on your wedding day. We invite you to share our Instagram page with them, where they can find inspiration for their desired look.

  • We understand that you may wish to bring someone with you to your appointment. However, due to the limited space in our studio and the multiple appointments we have throughout the day and evening, we kindly ask that your guest wait inside the Phenix Salon Suites building, but outside the doors to the ZO & CO Studio area. Our priority is to ensure that all of our clients receiving services have the best possible experience, and regretfully our space cannot accommodate extra people, including children.

  • We understand that scheduling a wedding preview can be challenging, and we try to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Generally, wedding previews are scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday. However, scheduling will ultimately depend on the availability of your hairstylist and/or makeup artist. Please note that on weekends, weddings take priority, and availability for wedding previews may be limited. In most cases, any weekend availability for wedding previews will be after the weddings for the day, typically in the afternoon or evening. We will do our best to find a time that works for you, and we appreciate your flexibility in scheduling.

  • While a wedding preview is not mandatory, we highly recommend it to ensure that we will create the exact look you envision for your big day. It also provides an opportunity for us to discuss your preferences and make any necessary adjustments before the wedding day.

  • No, we only go to one location for each wedding or event. Once we arrive at the agreed-upon location, we remain there until all services are completed.

  • You have up to 30 days prior to your wedding date to add more services to your booking. You can add or change the services for each client, but once you sign the contract, we cannot remove any services.

  • The time required for each service depends on the style you choose and the total number of services we perform. For the bride, we allocate one hour per service, and roughly 30 minutes per additional person per service. This is just an estimate.

  • If you book both hair and makeup, you will get one hairstylist and one makeup artist. If you book hair-only services, you will get one hairstylist, and if you book makeup-only services, you will get one makeup artist. If your party is ten (bride plus nine) or more people receiving hair and makeup services, we require an assistant to be added to your wedding day team.

  • Yes, we offer assistant services, but they are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We require payment of their fee upfront to reserve an assistant.

  • No, we only provide the services that were booked and paid for in advance. Please inform your bridal party, family, and friends about this policy ahead of time. We strictly enforce this policy to maintain our operational flow and ensure we deliver services on time for all clients. We are happy to add more services up to 30 days prior to your wedding date.

  • No, we do not offer specific services for the groom or groomsmen, as we have not been trained for these services. Also, it's logistically challenging for us to provide groom services on the wedding day, so we do not attempt it.

  • No, we only provide dry styling, which is styling on dry hair using curling irons and flat irons. All hair must be dry at the time of service. We cannot make any exceptions for clients who need help drying their hair. If we are forced to work on damp or wet hair, the results may be less than satisfactory.

  • Retainers are non-refundable. No exceptions. You may cancel your services at any time up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. Should you fail to notify ZO & CO Styling of any postponement or cancellation prior to 30 days of the wedding date, you forfeit all fees paid.
